The term "seasons" refers to the rate change during the current year.

Your reservation can be made by transfer, deposit or you will be asked for a what´s app number or email to send you a link by which your credit card will be charged. The charge will be equivalent to the first night of your stay and the cancellation policies are as follows:

Cancellations for high season

• In case of requiring your cancellation with an anticipated time greater than 7 days, only a 4% charge will be made for bank commission. In case your cancellation is less than or equal to 7 days there will be no refund. In case of NO SHOW, no there will be refund.

Cancellations for low season

• In case of cancellation with an anticipated time greater than 48 hours, the refund will have a bank commission of 4%. In case your cancellation is less than or equal to 48 hours there will be no refund. In case of NO SHOW, there will be no refund.

Modification policy

In case of requesting a modification to your reservation, it will be subject to the cancellation and availability policies, as well as the change in rates.

* If your reservation includes even a single day of high season, for the total reservation stay, the high season policies will be considered.

Children Policy:

Children under 12 years old sharing a room are free.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not accepted.

high season

• Guelaguetza (Weekends and Mondays) Dead October 29 to November 3 30 and December 31 Holy Week Beginning of school holidays, mid-July to Sunday before the beginning of classes August. In mid-December, end of classes, at the beginning of classes in January Bridges and holidays.

Low season

Any date that does not include the dates shown in high season.
